Usui Reiki Level 1
Friday 15th May - 9am/12pm EST / 2-5pm UK
In this live online training and attunement, Sarah Evans, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, presents Usui Reiki Level 1. Reiki is a simple, natural energy modality available to everyone. It is a gentle yet powerful technique that complements medical and therapeutic treatments to promote deep recovery and relaxation.

Taking Reiki Level I is a wonderful next step for you! By the end of the session you will be attuned and able to provide Energy Healing to yourself and others in person. While Reiki addresses the whole person and heals on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - Level 1 specifically focuses on physical healing.
The Benefits of Reiki:
During a session, this energy works to balance, harmonise, and energise the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of the recipient. It is an excellent tool for those seeking:
- Physical Relief: Support for all sorts of health issues such as headaches, muscle tension, digestive issues, menstrual cramps and sleep issues.
- Emotional Support: Assistance with grief and emotional processing.
- Spiritual Awareness: A deeper connection to self and the Universe.
Course Structure & Integration:
Sarah teaches all three levels of Usui Reiki from both modern and traditional perspectives. To ensure you have time to properly ground and incorporate these shifts into your daily life, a 21-day integration period is required between initiations.
- Attunements: All students will receive a Level 1 attunement from Sarah. These are performed remotely and individually. You will be assigned a specific time slot during which Sarah will facilitate your attunements.
- Certification: Your certificate of completion will be mailed to you 21 days after the class, following your integration period.
-Homework: Please be prepared for consistent practice and assignments to help you master the flow of energy.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Friday 12th June - 9am/12pm EST / 2-5pm UK
In this live online training and attunement, Sarah Evans, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, presents Usui Reiki Level 2. Taking Reiki Level 1 is a pre-requisite to joining this class.
n this live virtual class, Sarah Evans guides you into the deeper mysteries of Reiki Level 2. While Level 1 focused on the physical vessel and sending healing to yourself, Level 2 expands your practice into the mental, emotional, and spiritual realms, teaching you how to facilitate healing across time and space. By the end of this session and attunement, you will be able to offer Reiki Energy Healing to others, in person and remotely.
Reiki is an intelligent, natural process that serves as a bridge between your physical reality and the universal field. In this level, we begin to work with sacred symbols that allow you to direct energy with specific intent and transcend the limitations of physical distance.
Key focuses of this level include:
- Healing others: learning how to offer Reiki Healing to others, in persona and remotely
- Distance Healing: Mastering the ability to send Reiki to anyone, anywhere, at any time.
- Emotional & Mental Clearing: Using specific frequencies to balance the subconscious mind and release deep-seated emotional patterns.
- The Power of Symbols: Learning the three sacred symbols of Level 2 as tools for amplification and focus.
- Spiritual Expansion: Developing your intuition and your connection to the "Universal Life Force" as a conscious collaborator.
Integration & Attunements:
Sarah teaches from both modern and traditional perspectives, which includes a 21 day integration period. All students will be supported with homework to send Reiki to another person, with a follow up session.
- Attunements: You will receive a Level 2 attunement from Sarah, facilitated remotely and individually. A specific time slot will be provided for your personal transmission.
- Certification: A certificate of completion will be sent to you 21 days after the class, once your integration period is complete.
- Homework: Level 2 requires dedicated practice to master the symbols and the distance healing protocols.

Sarah has condensed both Traditional and Modern Usui Reiki aspects, to present a comprehensive training but in a consise and digestible way. The training also includes 21 days of homework to complete in order to gain a close relationship with the Reiki energy

We will hold a half hour live Zoom follow up session, ten days after the Reiki training. Giving you ample opportunity to ask Sarah for advice or guidance, or just share in a safe space what is coming up for you!
Sarah Evans is a Reiki Master Teacher, 8th Generation to Dr Usui. She uses her broad skillset as a yoga teacher, meditation guide and Akashic Records Reader to deepen the experience for her clients.
