Sarah is uniquely placed to support you through whatever life has thrown your way. She is a certified Coach, Yoga and Reiki professional who achieved full recovery from a post-viral chronic illness. She provides the much-needed understanding, empathy and curiosity often missing from traditional medical routes, and a holistic approach to healing that honours the whole you.

Practical Advocacy & Support: We help with the logistical burden. This includes guidance and resources for your healing, but also assistance with the paperwork - like finding you support for disability funding or parking permits.

Your Personalised and Bespoke 1:1 Weekly Support includes:
Bespoke Weekly Sessions (via Zoom or Google Meet): Personalised private sessions based upon your unique health issues, goals, interests and needs
Sarah’s unique skillset: Sessions can flexibly combine GROW Coaching method for wellness, Restorative yoga, Reiki, Spiritual readings - or a health doula style chat focused on your latest challenge. These are your sessions and can be designed to fit your unique goals and requirements
Permanent Resources: A Recording of each session for you to keep forever, plus a bank of Guided Meditations and Yoga Nidra tracks
Weekly Action Plan: a Personalised plan for each week to complete in your own time, including access to the Sanctuary Space Yoga course and recommendations on what to try each time.

The Discovery Call is the first step towards support for you. This is a no-obligation informal chat, to ensure that your goals align with Sarah’s strategic yet empathetic and intuitive approach. During the 15 minute Discovery Call, you can:

FAQs
Nothing I have been doing has been working - why will this help?
Great question! It’s really easy to think that everything has been tried, nothing works, and you are ready to give up. But this coaching service provides a difference: it is a strategic partnership with a former ‘spoonie’ who has absolutely been there and can understand. It’s also an opportunity to no longer have to navigate your health issues alone.
I don’t know if I can do weekly one hour calls, could it be less than that?
Absolutely! Weekly calls tend to work best as it becomes a consistent point in your week to focus on your recovery journey. However we understand that it isn’t right for everyone. Sarah can also provide disability accommodations such as half an hour calls, calls without video, and recorded sessions that you can listen to in your own time. All of these solutions can be discussed during your initial discovery call.
I cannot afford the ‘No income / low income’ pricing, what do you suggest?
While Sarah would love to offer a scholarship opportunity in cases of hardship, and hopes to do so at some point, at this moment she is unfotunately unable to offer this. However, she offers a scholarship place on her Thursday classes and recorded sessions, so feel free to Contact Us to place an enquiry.
Who is this programme for?
This programme is ideally suited for anyone going through significant health issues and life challenges. Sarah has a personal background in Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue and POTS, but helps those struggling with arthitis, post surgery, major injury, or life challenges like perimenopause, job loss or major career transition. Ultimately, ask yourself: have you been going through a lot? If the answer is yes, then this programme is for you!
I don’t believe in full recovery from my condition. Is that ok?
Whilst you may not believe wholeheartedly in full recovery, we need you to believe that everyone can achieve a higher state of wellness, wellbeing and happiness in life. Even those who have had decades of severe chronic illness can make positive changes with real impacts.
How do I sign up?
There is no link to sign up for the Healing and Wellness Mentorship. You need to book a Discovery Call with Sarah to ensure it’s a great fit and that there is space on the programme currently.
What is the minimum time commitment?
We request that you sign up for a minimum contract of three months. This is because this is the smallest amount of time where we can help you affect major change that will really move the needle. Regular weekly sessions also are known to provide consistency and work best for dramatic change.
The Discovery call is too brief, how do I have a longer conversation with Sarah?
That’s fair. We want to ensure that you are comfortable, confident and ready to sign up, with all your questions answered. You are welcome to book a 1-1 One Hour Call with Sarah to discuss this, or feel free to Contact Us if you prefer via email.
