Lovingly designed and carefully curated by Sarah Evans and formerly known as ‘Yoga for Long Covid’, this yoga content was designed to be friendly to all chronic health conditions such as Long/Covid, ME/CFS, POTS and arthritis, as well as supporting you post-injury and postpartum. MY RESTORATIVE YOGA METHOD

    Rest

    All of the classes are designed to calm the nervous system and mind so that the body can enter the healing 'rest and digest' state - the parasympathetic nervous system. Only from a place of rest and relaxation, can we begin healing.

    Care

    Through care and compassion, we move through all seated and lying down poses. Suitable for those with chronic conditions, exercise intolerance, every class is carefully paced with optional suggestions. We will discuss your unique personal needs carefully.

    Inwards

    Connecting to our inner world, we travel inwards through meditative and relaxation practices. These classes teach you to listen to your body and what it is telling you. Every class starts and ends with a relaxation practice. Yoga practice is for assisting with the meditative state, so we honour that here.
