Yes, absolutely. Every class is designed to be gentle, restorative and adaptable for those with ME/CFS, chronic fatigue, and similar conditions. You can move at your own pace and rest whenever you need. As a former Long Hauler who experienced chronic fatigue, Sarah is informed about energy limiting conditions. This is the yoga course for you! Although always listen to your body and move at your pace.

Yes. All of the yoga classes are floor or chair-based, allowing you to move safely and comfortably while supporting your nervous system. There is even a whole module of classes called ‘Yoga for POTS and Dysautonomia’! This course is designed to support you whilst carefully developing strength that supports better blood circulation and a calmer nervous system.

You can! There are a few unlocked classes and meditations available for you to explore before joining, so you can get a feel for the Sanctuary Space. We don’t offer a free trial, but you’ll be able to experience the style and pace before committing to a month subscription.

Perfect! The Sanctuary Space is designed with beginners in mind. The classes are slow, gentle and guided step-by-step, helping you build confidence and connection with your body. Having said that, the classes are thoughtfully created around topics and themes, which should entertain those who are more experienced with yoga as well!

No special equipment is needed, just yourself. Sarah sometimes recommends common household items that can be used as yoga props, like cushions, blankets or a chair for support. Many of the classes are also bed-yoga friendly - you really can practice wherever you are!

Good news for those with sensitivities to music: the majority of the yoga classes contain no background music track. Sarah recommends putting on some gentle music you enjoy on a different device while taking the class. However, the guided meditation and Yoga Nidra tracks do contain background music - but versions with no music are available upon request.
